Go to your phone settings and create a new settings

Name: ETISALAT

Apn: blackberryx.net

Proxy: blank

Etc : blank

Save it

Then open your psiphon and
Then
Proxy type:
Real host

Proxy server: blackberryid.blackberry.com

Leave every other thing blank then scrool down and save it

Then go to options and more options untick use http proxy

Go back and save then restart your phone

Then go to message and send Dlite to 399 and you would be charged 70naira reboot your phone again as its normal for bb services then put ur data on nd open your psiphon and connect it should connect within 1minute
